Unfortunately, I can confirm the same problem here. It appears to be an issue with our storage provider (AWS, S3), which reported elevated error rates in our datacenter around 6:50pm EST (23:50 GMT).
This issue affects the upload and resizing of new images. All existing images are being delivered correctly.
I’m waiting for a status update from AWS now. I’ll follow-up as soon as I hear something from them.
